Today was a beatuiful morning so I went outside and jumped rope. I wasn't all that great at it. It's been years since I last jumped rope. I'm very happy I was in the back yard and no one was watching me. :) I did 2 minutes of slow jumping jacks, 3 - 30 second surges, 2 - 30 second rests, and 1 minute rest. Repeat 2 times. By the end I was doing pretty well.
Until next time, keep up the hard work and you will be at your goal weight/size before you know it. Just take it one day at a time.
